David Cameron has promised to pledge nearly £66m by 2015 making the UK the leader in Dementia research. This is excellent news. Dementia and Alzheimer’s is a disease that affects over half a million of us in the UK alone, it is a silent killer with the number of diagnosed cases set to rise to over a million people.
Just a small step towards curing this disease…
